Search Navigator
If you want to find Japanese cartographical resources, it may useful to consult a «search navigator» - because they indicate what particular Japanese map types could be ‘hidden’ under the category of Japanese maps, e.g. ‘provincial maps’ (kuni ezu 国絵図).
That is, a «search navigator» provides hints on keywords to optimize your search.
